We, the management staff of  TEKUN Nasional are responsible to provide the utmost attention towards the Employement Safety and Health, as stipulated in the 1994 Employee safety and Heath Act.

Hence, TEKUN Nasional will :-

	Provide the awareness to all staff on the importance of Employment Safety and Health, and ensure that they put safety and health their priority at work.
	Provide a condusive working environment that is free from any Safety and Health risks.
	Ensure that all work processes and procedures assigned by the management and all equipment provided are safe to use.
	Take any prevention action deemed necessary to ensure the Safety and Health of all TEKUN Nasional staff and anyone else who is in the premises of TEKUN Nasional.
	Provide safety equipment required at the work place.
	Provide Employment Safety and Health training to staff.
	Continuously strive to improve the Employment Safety and Health management at TEKUN Nasional.
	Create Employment Safety and Health Management System Pekerjaan.
